Preamble:
The ICPMA organization tends to provide students with knowledge of contemporary societal issues and a sensitivity to the challenge of meeting social, environmental, and economic constraints within a global community. Every school year the organization shall hold an election of officers that will carry the responsibilities of making sure that the objectives and aims of the organization is achieved throughout the school year and the members abide the rules, help and protect all associates of the organization. The organization will also hold activities such as seminars that will bring knowledge to the attendees regarding the course as well as help the later to utilize their learned skills for future use.
Mission and Vision:
The mission of the Organization is to provide a comprehensive, state-of-the-art learning to prepare members for professional and responsible constructor position within business, industry, consulting firms or government. The vision for the organization is to help and assist members to be a nationally recognized leader in construction engineering and management at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Objectives:
1. To provide compelling academic and social experience based on natural sciences, mathematics and engineering and business. As well as share experiences, concepts, understandings and knowledge of civil and construction engineering.
2. Develop the members’ abilities to communicate and socialize as well as practice abilities to analyze, synthesize and evaluate information, solve engineering problems.
3. Prepare our members for either immediate employment of for graduate school opportunities in construction or business.
4. Develop abilities for effective communication, collaborative work in diverse teams, ethical decision-making, successful management of personal and professional career objectives, and continual development through lifelong learning and professional involvement.
